• Assist with troubleshooting issues requiring technical support.

• Help monitor backup systems

• Help to Document, track, and monitor all issues and projects.

• Help with upgrading all network and computer equipment as well as

  various applications.

• Install and configure software applications.

• Install and configure workstations based on company needs and

  requirements.

• Perform and manage PC and Laptop imaging process

• Perform other duties or special projects as requested related to area of

  responsibility.

• Assist with system moves, adds and changes as well as

  troubleshooting.

• Assist in tracking and maintaining IT assets
